Did you miss a meeting this year? Are you on the hunt for your next move? Want to prepare yourself if you decide to make a change? Then this session is for you!

Our veteran SIG leader, Sharon Hamersley, will be doling out the most popular and helpful tips as a “recap” of 2023. Join us for what should be a special session. Also come with any questions and share your own tips! Note, this will also be the last Career Development SIG – for at least 2024. A new SIG will be starting in Feb. More to come.

Sharon Hamersley’s experience in career development and instructional design/talent development spans several decades. For the past 10 years she has had her own career coaching/resume writing business, The Resume Coach.

About the Career Development SIG:
The purpose is to empower Talent Development professionals with the knowledge, skills, confidence and tools to enhance and advance their career path. In addition, this can help them attain a position that’s the best fit for them. Join us in learning and sharing on this personal topic!
