This month we are excited to announce another special program:

Follow Your Dream Job “To Infinity & Beyond!”

Please join COATD alum Joel Zarley as he describes his 20+ year journey to land his dream job at Disney! Joel was a member of COATD for many years and was the VP of Technology from 2005-2010.

Joel will discuss the path that took him from various IT and HR roles in Columbus area companies, through a stint as an entrepreneur, to relocating to the Orlando area and working for several organizations there before finally getting the offer from Disney! As he says, “it’s been a long haul to get to Disney—and at 54 I was running out of career runway .” Come learn what strategies were successful to advance his goal and what just didn’t work.

If you are still looking for YOUR “dream job” Joel may have some nuggets that will help you create the road to career success and fulfillment.

He is an experienced professional who has spent his career focused on the user aspects of system and process implementation, business transformation, and business & human performance improvement. He has held various roles of increasing responsibility in multiple customer-centered industries, encompassing many skill areas. His specialization is internal consulting with business segments to design, develop and implement solutions that support improved business performance.
