Looking Back & Moving Forward

As we start 2022, off and running, let’s take a moment to pause and look back to where we have been the last couple of years when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Consider not only everything we saw play out in real life on our televisions, but also be sure to consider your own life and what was happening in your home, community, and workplace. Now, after you have reflected on the past couple years, imagine how things will be in 2022, 2023 and even 2030! At our January Diversity and Inclusion session, let’s come together and have a conversation in a welcoming and safe space.

About the Diversity and Inclusion SIG:

We provide a forum for COATD members to gain knowledge, learn about best practices, and share resources with one another. In addition, this forum will champion the efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion for talent development professionals to embrace our multicultural workforce.
