How to build collaborative and inclusive teams

Join Dr. Ted Sun from Transcontinental University as he shares how DE&I is a set of systems that drive human perceptions, thoughts, decisions and behaviors -- while enhancing self-awareness to see the diversity within yourself! There will be various activities that help talent development leaders go much deeper than surface level behaviors. Building off a solid understanding of individual values, the workshop provides the foundation of building collaborative and inclusive teams.

Learning objectives:

• Effectively evaluate existing DE&I initiatives from a systemic perspective
• Apply a values approach to self-awareness
• Understand perceptions, thought and decision and how they influence team collaboration
