Join us for a morning coffee as we launch our 2021 year.  Meet the Board of Directors, Committee Members and learn about our future plans.

Hosted by: Dawn Snyder, COATD President.

We are also excited to host our first 2021 program opportunity. “The Science of Getting Your Help Heard”.

The goal of this program is to persuade you to think differently about the value you provide to the business and the way you talk about how you help, so it is not just communicated but heard.

Approach: A candid conversation with a few self-reflections along the way

Audience: This session is not for the Learning and Development professional who has it all together, has full alignment with their business or who spends all day dictating the projects they work on. This session is for professionals who acknowledge that influencing the business about effective Learning and Development decisions is hard, even though we are the experts. Gaining alignment on what a leader needs rather than what they want can be frustrating. This is for those who are currently spending most of their day fighting fires instead of leveraging your expertise to make the workplace better. If you need encouragement and a process for thinking differently this is for you.

Each attendee will walk away with a more impactful way to

  • Get your Superpower Heard
  • Get your impact Felt
  • Expand the view of what others see is affecting performance on the job

About the Speaker: Jonathan is closing in on 20 years of experience in the Human Capital domains. He is currently an Executive Director at a Fortune Top 20 Financial Services Firm with the responsibility for Creative Services across Learning and Talent supporting 225K employees across the globe.
