The Brain and Career Transition: Brain Food that Creates Success

As work, home, the economy and society continue to throw change and challenge your way, how are you coping?
Does your resilience help you bounce back or are you struggling to handle job search set-backs and the Coronavirus?

Resilience can be strengthened by learning how to leverage your brain and mind:

Knowing your auto responses, consciously recognizing outdated thinking, shifting your thinking, choosing to be effective in handling job search challenges and reducing stress. Just like all skills, resilience is strengthened by Focus and Repetition, so ongoing practice is needed for development. Participants will walk away with practical tips and suggestions for strengthening resilience and better using your brain – especially during a job transition!

This month will feature presenter, Janine Moon, M.A.

Janine Moon is a Certified Executive Coach, a Master Certified Career Coach, teaches organizational coaching in graduate and undergrad psychology programs at Franklin University and is a published author on career success in the 21^st century. Janine has 20+ years of executive and management level experience in various business environments as well as considerable experience in executive and leadership development coaching, career coaching and peer advisory groups.
