Our Presenter

Danny James is passionate about employee development and engagement. He finds himself helping organizations strategize around what makes their most important asset tick, "their people". He has a background in the military where he spent most of his time training soldiers while stateside before heading overseas. When his time in the military came to an end he knew his transition had to incorporate training and developing people. He now speaks with organizations daily to help make sure that their employees are feeling connected with one another and their managers, aligned with the vision and direction of the organization, and that their people have areas to grow.
