In this month's session, we'll learn about Learning Executives’ predictions for the future of learning and important trends that will impact learning.

Maria Ho (Research Manager at the Association for Talent Development) will present findings from ATD's own surveys (New for Winter 2016):

1. What are some trends and topics learning leaders think will be important for the next 6 months?

2. Where do learning leaders think funding for learning is headed?

3. What learning technologies do learning leaders think will be important in the next few years?

4. What about the longer term? What do learning leaders think learning will look like in 2020? Are learning functions actively preparing?

You'll go away with perspectives on the trends that industry leaders think are important to follow, and some tips for preparing for the future.
